Shock and Impact Resistance

The joining of the Eco Green Panel incorporates the use of tongue and groove to strengthen the structural alignment of the connection beams and columns. The panels are encased with aerated polythene cement that automates thousands of alveolus structure. This strengthens the panels, absorbing greater force, shocks and direct impact. Hence the panels can be used to build higher and wider retaining walls with minimum space required.

The surface finish on the panels is flat, flush and smooth and does not require any plastering or rendering. The joining process is simplified with the use of tongue and groove to minimise any hard edges that might be visible after the joining process. It also reduces the thickness of the panels, allowing for thinner wall spaces to be used and increasing handling mobility.

The weight is 1/6th of the weight of a traditional brick and mortar constructed wall.
