Increase Usable Area
In the comparison of erecting an area of space with the use of bricks, a 240mm space would be used to construct an average outer wall. Then the plastering of the bricks would add another 20mm onto an existing wall, creating more wasted space on the structure of the property.
The Eco Green Panel has a range of sizes starting from 50mm up to 150mm, which allows the area to free up more space.
The GuangZhou KangWangCheng Underground Shopping Mall in China used Eco Green Panels in the construction of shop partitioning, increasing re-usable floor space in the mall by 3.8%. Using traditional brick and plaster method the mall would have only been able to establish 160 shops. By using Eco Green Panels a further 8 shops were established, producing increased rental turnover.
